Role Overview:
As the Plant Manager, you will play a key role in assembling and leading a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture, and overseeing all plant operations. Following the facility’s construction, you’ll take charge of day-to-day operations while also supporting the broader growth and replication of production capabilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and continuously improve daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and output.

Build and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with team members.

Design and execute strategies to maximize operational performance.

Promote innovation by integrating new technologies into production workflows.

Lead the team through transitions with clarity, resilience, and effective change management.

Apply industrial engineering expertise to enhance processes and streamline production systems.
Required:

Experience launching a facility from the ground up, including staffing (hourly and salaried), budgeting for construction, and developing strategic plans.

Demonstrated background in plant leadership and operational oversight.

Ability to train and guide others in setting up workflows and processes critical to production success.

Hands-on knowledge in welding, machining, and metal fabrication.

Strong grasp of manufacturing processes and operations best practices.

A mindset driven by innovation, continuous improvement, and technological advancement.
