Key Responsibilities:

Lead, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities across a dedicated high-speed production line

Supervise maintenance technicians, manage work orders, and ensure timely issue resolution

Drive preventive and autonomous maintenance strategies, including PM, AM, CIL, CL, and BDE

Collaborate closely with the Production Line Leader and Process Engineer as part of a line leadership team

Analyze downtime trends, track KPIs, and recommend improvement strategies based on data

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal quality standards

Support equipment documentation, audits, and training related to maintenance best practices
Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in a beverage, food, or CPG manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance systems

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in high-speed, continuous operations

Familiarity with CMMS systems, root cause analysis, and equipment documentation

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
